Duo Sports fitness and has been serving the San Diego area in regards to 1 on 1 personal training, small group fitness, youth & high school sports performance training, team training , sport camps & clinics, as well as helping place adult athletes on professional international teams. To date Duo Sports has trained and placed athletes on professional teams in arena football, throughout Europe, Latin America, and Oceania.
